Day 16 Primal Challenge

Day 16:
Fasted all day to try and kick this cold. For dinner at 7pm I made a Hawaiian pork burger (without the bun), unfortunately I couldn’t really taste it all that well because of my blocked sinuses but from from I did taste it was damn good.
Pork Patties:
500gms Pork Mince
1 Pureed peeled apple
1.5 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 tsp honey
Mexican spice
oregano
s&p
(the apple makes the burgers really moist)
In the photo is, 1 pork Burger patty topped with smoked cheese, fried unsweetened pineapple slice, butter fried button mushrooms and 3 strips of bacon, on the side is mesclun salad with Japanese mayonnaise!
